  To increase health care access for the individuals and families living in the communities we serve, PAMC affiliates with several clinics that provide quality and culturally appropriate primary care. Services include complete general medicine, geriatrics, women’s health, family planning, and pediatrics.

Clinics also provide assistance with enrolling in low-cost or no-cost insurance programs such as Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, Medi-Cal, and other government funded programs.
 
Clinic Services and Programs
If you need care and not enrolled in a private insurance plan, you may qualify for one of these State-funded program.

We will help you access these programs and a clinic near your home.


Comprehensive Prenatal Services Program (CPSP)
Provides complete prenatal care to pregnant women through childbirth and includes classes in:

   Diet & Nutrition
   Health Education
   Social Environment & Support

This program helps woman of all ages understand pregnancy and prepare for their newborn child.


Child Health Disability Prevention Program (CHDP)
Provides full examinations for children from birth through 18 years as well as all necessary vaccinations against childhood diseases.


Family PACT
Provides a full range of birth control methods to both men and women as well as education on:

   Reproduction
   Preventing sexually transmitted infections
   Planning for a family and children.
