FINANCIAL GOALS

Since 1998, PAMC Health Foundation has been raising funds to meet the projected goal of $24.5 million to complete Phase 1 of the Senior Health Care Project.* To date, funds have been raised to enable the successful purchase of the land at 733-739 North Hill Street in Los Angeles' Chinatown. However, a minimum of $3-5 million is still in need to further the strategic planning and construction preparations.

* This amount reflects all permits, document preparation, design and construction costs, etc. associated with the project.

PROJECT TIMELINE November     2000: Land was purchased November     2001: Facility Design Begins January          2003: Design & construction documents completed and review process begins December     2003: Construction permit to be received Jan-March     2004: Groundbreaking and construction begins Jan-March     2005: Skilled Nursing Facility operation begins Development of the adjoining Assisted Care Living Facility will follow the development of the Skilled Nursing Facility when financial feasibility is established.

Since its inception, the Senior Healthcare Project has received tremendous community support both locally and across the United States. Contributions of all sizes and all forms have been gratefully received from individuals and corporate entities. To date, PAMC Health Foundation is proud to report that approximately $4 million has been collected through generous contributions.
